The meet is this coming weekend and although it is too late to pre-register, we have made all vendor-related documents available online including a PDF version of the vendor application that can be downloaded, completed on your computer, printed and brought with you to the meet. Do NOT mail any applications or payments at this late date.

Updates:

• We are completely sold out in Red Field and about 98% sold out in Blue Field, 100% sold out in the first row of Green Field and about 98% sold out in the second and third rows in Green Field.
• If you would like to get the best available spot, please download the application, print it, complete it, and then e-mail us  or call us with the information needed so we can  determine what specific spots might still be available to meet your needs.
• We will do our best to "pencil in" spots for you in advance of the meet. 
• You will be able to pick up your Vendor Package and materials at the Vendor Check-in Tent when you arrive and pay for your spot.
• If you joined or renewed your AMCA membership after May 20, 2010, please bring proof of current membership (the e-mail or your AMCA membership card).

	A PDF version of the Vendor Application is available. This includes the application, instructions, and national rules.
	A PDF version of the 2010 Vendor Spot Map - IN COLOR - is available. This map has recently been updated to show all reserved spaces with shading (the white spots are the open spaces as of the date on the map).
	A PDF version of the November 30, 2009, Vendor Cover Letter is available.
	Google Earth Vendor Spot Map : If you have Google Earth installed, you may view a complete map with each vending spot identified. Spots can be clicked on to see the exact spot dimensions and details.
